How to Purchase
Paintings are available framed or unframed and will not be shipped until the paint and varnish is completely dry to avoid damage. Work on paper can be shipped matted, matted and framed, or unmatted/unframed. A variety of mat and frame choices are available. Please inquire. Payments must be received and cleared prior to shipping. Will ship worldwide with some exceptions. For more details, including pricing information, please contact me via email at info@PaulKeysar.com if you are interested in making a purchase. I accept PayPal, major credit cards through PayPal, and personal checks as acceptable forms of payment.
Maryland residents will have 6% sales tax added to the purchase price. North Carolina residents (outside of Mecklenburg County) will have 6.75% or 7% sales tax (as applicable) added to the purchase price. North Carolina residents of Mecklenburg County will have 7.25% sales tax added to the purchase price. Residents of other states will not be charged sales tax. It is your responsibility to submit the proper use tax to your state if not charged sales tax. International residents must pay with PayPal.
Disclaimer
While I will attempt to match each digital image to the likeness of the actual painting/work, due to the differences in each person's monitor and browser settings I cannot guarantee an exact replica. Occasionally, the photo has more glare than I am able to correct. Where applicable: all tones are evened out with the final coat of varnish. All photos are taken prior to varnishing.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within ten (10) days of receipt, in the items's original condition, for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. Buyer is responsible for return shipment costs. Method of refund will be by personal check, after the item is received and inspected, or via PayPal if Buyer paid through PayPal. Seller reserves the right to refuse or reduce refund for works damaged through Buyer's negligence or untimely return. Buyer is encouraged to ship using the same form of packaging in which the item was received.
