Ocean Storm (Available)

This is an original landscape painting titled Ocean Storm completed April 23, 2007. It is 5" x 7" unframed, oil on 1/8" thick masonite board.

How to Purchase

Paintings are available framed or unframed and will not be shipped until the paint and varnish is completely dry to avoid damage. Payments must be received and cleared prior to shipping. Will ship worldwide with some exceptions. For more details, including pricing information, please contact me via email at sales@PaulKeysar.com if you are interested in making a purchase. I accept PayPal, major credit cards through PayPal, and personal checks as acceptable forms of payment.

Maryland residents will have 5% sales tax added to the purchase price. North Carolina residents (outside of Mecklenburg County) will have 6.75% sales tax added to the purchase price. North Carolina residents of Mecklenburg County will have 7.25% sales tax added to the purchase price. Residents of other states will not be charged sales tax. It is your responsibility to submit the proper use tax to your state if not charged sales tax. International residents must pay with PayPal.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within seven (7) days of receipt, in the painting's original condition, for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. Buyer is responsible for return shipment costs. Method of refund will be by personal check after the painting is received and inspected, or via PayPal if Buyer paid through PayPal. Seller reserves the right to refuse or reduce refund for works damaged through Buyer's negligence or untimely return. Buyer is encouraged to ship using the same form of packaging in which the painting was received.
